Bob has extensive experience developing and delivering training programs focused on crisis intervention and de-escalation. For the past 24 years, he has been a key member of Washington State's Criminal Justice Training Commission, where he has designed and implemented training for criminal justice personnel. His courses emphasize emotional intelligence, body language interpretation, and threat response, providing interactive and practical learning experiences.

In 2009, Bob founded Safety Awareness & Field Education Resources LLC (SAFER LLC), which specializes in training on reading body language and managing escalated behavior in
